Event Information

Please join us for the 32nd annual VCA Walk for the Animals, a 1.25-mile walk around beautiful Downtown Fort Lauderdale on Saturday, March 5, 2022. The VCA Walk for the Animals is the largest annual fundraiser hosted by the Humane Society of Broward County.

This year, whether your local or afar, we invite you to participate in the VCA Walk for the Animals! If you are able to attend, please join us in celebration in downtown Fort Lauderdale. If you are unable to attend, no worries! We still want YOU to walk in your own neighborhood on Walk Day or stay home (maybe in bed)  - but still help gather donations to help the HSBC. Although we won’t all be together, we are still continuing the cause. #ContinueTheCause

Huizenga Park
32 East Last Olas Boulevard

The Humane Society of Broward County is making every effort to put precautions in place to protect our patrons, staff, volunteers and animals due to the COVID-19 virus. Because of the uncertainty of this virus, we reserve the right to make changes to our Walk day activities if we feel it is necessary to avoid putting anyone at potential risk of exposure or danger of any kind. We respect and appreciate our participants, and ask for your understanding as we prioritize safety for all involved.
