Hello everyone! Thanks for visiting our fundraising page for the Walk for the Animals. The staff and volunteers at the Humane Society of Broward County work hard every day to ensure the safety of the animals in our care, but we can't do it alone! The Walk is the Humane Society of Broward County's largest annual fundraiser, and the money we raise helps us to keep providing all of the services our community depends on us for.

The past year have brought many changes to many households and our is no different. We went from being a one dog house with a rotation of litters of foster kittens to a one dog two cat house (Ellie is still working through her feelings about this!)

The first kitty to join our group was Hazel - who came home with us to heal after it was discovered that she had 4 broken legs. We fell in love with her sweet and playful personality and adopted her last March.

Our newest addition, Link, was with us to heal from having his tail and rear leg amputated after being hit by a car. This sweet old man hopped right into our hearts and has made the perfect office mate and couch companion since we adopted him last month.

Ellie, Hazel, Link and I are proud to be part of this amazing organization and hope you will join us to support the 2022 Walk for the Animals! Thank you all so much!
